trying to put a form fileds in a uploaded document using CreateNewWidgetWithCounterSigners method

i am using adobe acrobat developer acc and i am trying to put a form fileds in a uploaded document and i think i will use to achive these by calling CreateNewWidgetWithCounterSigners.json ,  wheather this method is correct or not.

if not ,please guide me with your essentials.
