Question

Unable authorize because the dent configuration invalid

Our credentials seem to have stopped working both for ourselves and our customers who use e-Sign via our application.  We use these credentials (secret redacted):

API

Select Adobe Sign

Client ID

CBJCHBCAABAAHVVv-hGGA60Wz2BbP9anOxNMg-5bSx0e

Client Secret

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Redirect URL

https://localhost

The message we get back in our code when we call you API doesn't include an error message, so we have no idea why this has stopped working.

Please help.

The title should have read "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid:  Invalid_Request".

This is the message in the red frame.

Hi WhyteI,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3EUxPA2. Use the Shard as EU2 and check if that helps.

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign Developer service, so we are moving this thread to the Acrobat Sign Developer board for visibility.

If you have a question related to API integration, the experts can best answer it. With the developer account, you may also contact the pre-sales team. They can provide you with pre-sales technical assistance and share the correct information.
Please refer to the following link to contact them: https://adobe.ly/4k7cVwG. You may use the Contact Us button for Adobe Sign Solutions under the team tab.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks for the feedback.  I changed the start of the URL from "https://secure.adobesign.com/public/oauth/v2" to "https://secure.eu2.echosign.com/public/oauth/v2" but I'm afraid that this hasn't worked - I get the same error message.

Adobe Acrobat Sign shows green with "You have successfully completed the Auth process".
