URL for template

I am trying to open a pdf template found at https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/#agreement_type=template in VBA code and fill the form fields from MS Access data.  I cannot find the right url, however, to download the template.  When I click on the template, and copy the url in the browser url bar, and paste that in my VBA code what gets downloaded is not a pdf it is html.  I have clicked around and cannot find the right url for the actual pdf template anywhere.
