Webhook processing details (SUCCESS / FAILURE)

Hi,

I want to know how many webhook requests were sent, how many were successfully processed, and how many failed—for example, over the course of a week. Is there any way to find this out from the Adobe side, using response codes such as 200 - SUCCESS or 500 - FAILURE?
