We did check your account with the email address used to sign in to the community. You have All Apps service which is provided by your university.
Could you please confirm if you still experiencing the issue? If yes, please let us know if you are trying to activate the Creative Cloud desktop application or the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?
It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the window you get when trying to use the application.
