I have tried to access this feature through internet explorer as well as firefox.....

    Could you please let me know what OS version do you have.

    Please ensure that you are signing at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and password.

    Also, share the screenshot of the error message as I need to analyze the issue.
