A problem was encountered while trying to send information over the internet when activating license.

Hi Support Team,


I just deactivated the license from one system and installing on another one. it got deactivated successfully but giving issue during activation on other system.

Error is "a problem was encountered while trying to send information over the internet"

    Are you able to connect to the Internet on the new system? Please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 for instructions on troubleshooting internet connectivity issues.

    If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know and we will take it from there.
