Abobe exportpdf doen not work with windows 8.1 and chrome or ieXI

When using exportpdf, the file is outputted to the cloud, converted and downloaded. Everything to this point looks good.  All messages  indicate a successful run.  When you open the xlsx file there no characters only little squares.  I think this means the output may be in Ascii still.  Results.Not usable unless I find out why.

    I don't know what happened but it finally worked beautifully. It is working with Windows 8.1 and explorer XI.

    Thankyou whoever changed something.

    Hi bkupa_Coop,

    Glad to hear things are working well now! For future reference, the quality of a conversion depends largely on the quality of the PDF file that you're converting. PDFs written by third-party apps may not be written well, and that can lead to poor conversions.
