Access denied

Question

When I try to open a PDF not created on this computer, I receive the following:

"There was an error opening this document. Access denied".

What am I supposed to do?

Thank you for reaching out.

If the issue occurs with a particular file, it might be an issue with the file or how it was created. Could you please share the file with us so we can check it?

You can try the following once: Go to Menu > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Under privileged locations, Add file, Add folder, and Add host > Click OK, reboot the application, and check.

Check if that helps.
