Access Denied You do not have access to this service. (Acrobat Web)

I have several users reporting the same issue with their Acrobat Web version. The installed desktop client works and all other web applications like Adobe Express work. This has been tested on several browsers and systems with the same issue. All users are linked with Acrobat Pro licenses. 

Cannot figure out what is causing this issue with just the Acrobat Web version. Any thougths?

If you have an Enterprise account and license, and the application was deployed, you may need to enable online services for Acrobat using the Customization Wizard. Follow the steps in this article to enable online services: Enable Online Services for Acrobat.
