Access to my programme

I subscribed yesterday (19th January) for access to your file conversion PDF to Microsoft Word programme but am unable to use this as each time I try a screen pops up asking me for as subscription. Viewing "my recent history" screen shows that I have not placed any orders. What is going wrong? You emailed me a "Welcome to Adobe message yesterday, but I cannot get beyond your "subscribe" stage. I am hopping mad as I needed the access yesterday.
