Access to "Prepare Form" button

I have Adobe Document Cloud. I've downloaded the Adobe desktop version but still can't access "prepare form" to create a fillable PDF form.

Prepare form feature is not included in the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack. You may refer to the information provided on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-pdfpack-faq.html.

That is the reason you do not get the option to access the feature.

You will require an Acrobat Pro subscription to prepare the form.
