Accessing premium subscription

Question

I have subscribed to adobe acrobat with my phone with the email on my account, however I am unable to access my subscription on my laptop even using the same email - it's almost like a completely different account has been created with the same email.

How can I access my subscription through my laptop?

Thank you for reaching out.

Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription is for mobile applications. It will not work for desktop applications.

If you need to use the services on a desktop, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription for the desktop.
