Accidentally purchased the Adobe PDF Pack

Hi! I accidently purchased the Adobe PDF Pack on 6th june 2014. I just wanted to use it it for one month. I didn't realise that it's monthly charging sunscription. Of course i need to cancel my sunscription as soon as it is possible. I don't want or need it. Can I get my money back please?

    Hi, Of course i would like to cancel it, i have never been asked to renew my subscription after one month's use from 6th june 2014. I have been already asked my Bank to take me back refunds for Paying Adobe between months july 2014- janyary 2015. There was no topic in my subscription for choosing annual paying so it was unfair without being asked that Adobe has continued charging me every month. I haven't become aware about it earlier, so this month i pointed out this incorrect monthly charge in my Bank account. Please i would like you to compensate me for all this unfortunate cooperation. Thank you,

    I've checked your account; what you purchased was a subscription to Acrobat Pro. (If you got PDF Pack, we don't have record of that subscription under the email address that you use here in the forums).

    When you subscribe to Acrobat, it does show that the subscription is charged monthly and that an annual commitment is required:

    And, while I can cancel an Acrobat.com subscription, I can't cancel an Acrobat Pro annual subscription for you. Please Contact Customer Care via phone or chat.
