Acrobar XI pro

I paid for Adobe acrobat, but I do not have ant serial number.  So, I cannot use acrobat XI pro after the trial period.  I emailed acrobat,yesterday, but no response yet.  I check my account, and found surprisingly there is no order or product in my account.  I save the web page of acrobat to confirm my order, but the page is not opening, except for at the very beginning flushed the page and it become blank.

Only I have is the Paypal's statement of my payment to Adobe.

I need the serial number of Adobe Acrobat XI pro (teacher's version).  WEb page said to check my email, because after I downloaded they emailed the buyers.  I could not find any i my email accounts.

Does anyone help me what nest step I should take to use the Acrobar XI pro for teacher's version that I paid.
