It keeps telling me I have to buy the program.  I pay for the Cloud on a monthly subscription and I really need to get this file converted so I can make changes for a meeting tomorrow!

    Hi mgginny,

May i know which application of Adobe you are using.

If you have installed Acrobat Professional XI professional on your computer. Then it should not ask you to subscribe .

Let me know exact work flow that you are using to convert the PDF document to word document.

I have Acrobat XI Pro installed, and it is up-to-date. What do I do next?

When you close Adobe Acrobat and launch it again if this is not registered yet.

It will ask you to either use serial number or you may see option subscribe .

You can choose subscribe or register and use your Adobe Id (email id registered with Adobe). As you said you have already purchased subscription then you should be able to activate the subscription the moment you

    login with your Adobe id.
