Acrobat.com settings on the iPad

When working with documents on my iPad, I used to be able to save it to Acrobat.com and have it automatically stored under the "documents" folder.  Now it saves only on Acrobat.com (and recents); is there a work-around for this?  The issue is the fact that under "recents" the document is overwritten and the name is not changeable.
