Acrobat DC - Conversion pdf -> doc

I am able to convert small documents but when I tried to convert a big one 56MB, after upload it (cloud or desktop), I am receiving an error message "Conversion Failured". Conversion for .rtf shows the same.

Any suggestion ?

When you have Adobe Acrobat you don't need the online services.

Sorry for the delay in response to your question. Have you managed to complete the conversion or still experiencing the same error?

If it doesn't help, then share a sample file with us which is more than 50MB. We'll try to reproduce the same at our end.
