Acrobat DC membership in Bermuda

I live in Bermuda.

I have been paying my monthly charge with my location as being in USA. This worked until now. I have to change credit card info and it will no longer allow my address to stand as in US.

What do I do?

To have a wealthy country like Bermuda not able to access Adobe DC is ridiculous.
