Acrobat DC says "failed to be uploaded.Something went wrong while uploading the file" when trying to export PDF

Question

I am unable to upload a file from Acrobat DC. I can upload via the web interface. I get the error message "failed to be uploaded.Something went wrong while uploading the file." I've rebooted, repaired the installation, signed out and back in. I keep getting the same error message. I've also disabled Windows Firewall and checked my anti-virus software to make sure it wasn't interfering.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused and thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps followed.

Document Cloud team is aware of the issue and have been working on the resolution. The error message should appear via web browser as issue has been resolved.

As you are still experiencing the error message, then we would request you to help us with the screenshot of error message when it appears on Adobe Reader application and exact version of the Reader.

Open Reader>Help>About Adobe Reader

We would be looking forward for an update on this.
