    What is your operating system?  What is your Acrobat version?  What exactly means "messed up"?

    Ver XI...

    Win/7

    It must have not installed correctly after upgrading from Win/XP..I loaded a

    clean version of Win/7 not an upgrade.

    I downloaded Adobe Reader. It never would open a PDF.

    It will not uninstall uaing Windows Progam Uninstall.

    I need to remove it manually so I can begin again.
