Question

Acrobat plugin for browsers breaks web page links

When the Acrobat extension is enabled (tested in chrome and edge), whenever someone clicks a link that points to a specific page in a pdf document, the page does not open to the page intended, but instead opens to the first page in the pdf.  The only way around this is to disable the extension in the browser.  Adobe needs to fix this... We should not have to be telling our people to disable and reenable extensions for proper functionality.

Hi defaultl9yf3qvmjl9l,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delayed response.

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a link in the PDF or if you are referring to a general link on some online website that redirects to a page in the PDF.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow with us to get this checked.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
