Acrobat Pro 2024: cannoy make a link to share the file: screen bug?

Hi All,

 

Acrobat Pro 2024: IU cannot make a link to share the file; there seems to be a "screen bug" when I click on the Share button.

Please see the screenshot. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Do you experience this behavior with all the files you try to share? Did you make any recent changes after which the issue started?

Please share a small video showing the steps to share the file. Also, let us know if the file used to share is saved locally or on the cloud. Share the Acrobat and OS versions that are in use.

Hi Meenakshi,

Yes, it is with all pdfs that I try to make a loink and share, I have made no changes—it just started happening.


SPECS:

  • Acrobat version:  2024.002.20964
  • Mac OS: 14.6.1 (23G93)

Processor: Apple M1 Max

MacBook Pro, 14" 2021

Please update the application to the latest version. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates. You may refer to the information about the latest version on the following help page: https://adobe.ly/4fqay5K. 

 

We have tried replicating the behavior, and it worked fine on our end. If the issue still occurs, let us know. We will check this behavior.
