@Fabbien Are you using the old Classic interface or the new Acrobat interface? Sometimes the new Acrobat interface could be th culprit?! Try turning this off to see if this will do the trick, View-Disable new Acrobat. Acrobat will restart automatically.

Also, you could try instead of right-clicking, how about using a keyboard shortcut Command E (MAC) or Control E (PC)—hopefully, this keyboard shortcut will open the Properties dialog box directly without causing a crash.

Hi Fabbien,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As the application is crashing while editing PDF, please try the troubleshooting steps sugested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4a4E1Cy

If that does not help, please try reinstalling the application once using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4i94MrR).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/47PtDNS.

If you still experience the same behaviour, please collect logs using he diagnostic tool and share the log ID. Log ID help us track the logs created.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
