Acrobat Reader, pdf exportieren, konvertieren

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Is it possible to share the screenshot of the error you get when you try to sign in Reader with your Adobe ID and password?

Please share the following details:

• Is it a Mac or Windows Machine?
• If Reader is installed, check the version from Help>About Reader.

As per the issue description, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF services, Is that correct?

You can use the services through your online account, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password. more about Adobe ExportPDF: Using Adobe Export PDF Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

You can also install the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Export PDF, to download Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
