Acrobat subscription stopped working, each time I open it goes straight to the purchase page

Hi Poepholl,

I've checked your account, and nothing seems to be out of order with your Acrobat Pro subscription. Are you launching Acrobat on your desktop? If, for some reason, your subscription has reverted to trial mode, I would expect you'd be presented with the trial dialog box. From that dialog box, you should be able to click License this Software, and then sign in with your Adobe ID and password. If that's not the case, please let us know.

This is NOT user friendly! All I want to do is combine PDF files for a book I have written. Do you have a live perso
