Acrobat Web-Browser Extension - Buttons keep loading
I installed the latest version of the Acrobat web browser extension on both Edge and Chrome, but the buttons keep loading without displaying any content.


I’m using my company’s enterprise account, but when I try to manage my account from:

I can see the correct plan displayed:

However, when I try to manage my account through the web browser extension, it does not recognize the correct plan, even though I’m logged in with my company account (the email address is the same corporate one in both cases):
