Acrobat Web "Please wait while edit is being prepared" When Wanting to Edit a PDF

I have just upgraded to the free trial of Acrobat. I want to edit a PDF file. I tried on the disktop app but it keeps crashing. Now I'm trying on the Web but it keeps saying "Please wait while edit is being prepared" whenever I click on a text. The file is only one page but I have been waiting for hours..

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I don't understand what you mean.. I thought this is where I should post. And I was not complaining about the navigation either.
