Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is downloaded, it ran yesterday after an hour of troubleshooting and today it will not open

Hi MSHertzSr62,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening Acrobat. Are you on Mac OS or Windows (and what version)? And, what happens when try to launch it? Do you get an error message? What steps did you go through yesterday to get it to start (so we don't repeat work you've already done)?
