Acrobat XI pro

I downloaded Acrobat XI Pro (with Mac OS 10.6 version) but the links Internet still do not work in my PDF document. What am I suppose to do ?

    did you successfully install acrobat xi pro and are you able to start it without problem?

    Yes, the application is properly installed. We are two employees in this same case with Mac. When we transform our Word document in PDF, our hypertext links do not work. Relative the instructions of Adobe about this product, the steps are : "file", "print", "PDF", "Save as Adobe PDF". The document is well transferred in PDF, the links are highlighted but not accessible. We do not understand why. Thank you in advance for your help.
