Activate my Adobe XI Pro subscription.

How do I activate my Adobe Pro XI  I have subscribed and its status is described as active but I still can't get in.  I followed the linkson the acknowledgement letter but they simply lead me to a cloud and a membership sample form

Anyone out there able to help0?

Hi Tom,

I've checked your account; I don't see any orders listed under the email that you use here in the forums. Did you use a different email address when you purchased your subscription?

That said, with an Acrobat subscription, you would log on to https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat to download Acrobat. Then, once you've installed it, you just need to be logged in with your Adobe ID (the email address that you used when you subscribed) and password to use your subscription.
