Adding fillable boxes for anyone to write and send

Hi all

First time adobe user here. I've made a form sheet for anyone to write their name, details etc. But I now need to send this to people as a PDF where anyone can write in the boxes their details. How do I do this? similar to requesting a signature but I need it for all the questions on the doc and instead of signing, its things like writing your name. 

Hope this makes sense
