Administrative Access to Terminated User Document Cloud Storage

We recently had a user leave the company that was using the Adobe PDF document cloud services. We believe there are signed files in their document cloud storage that are not copied anywhere else. How can we administratively access the users document cloud storage to recover those files?

Did you have a Team or Enterprise license? If it is a normal retail license, it is assigned to a person and the company retains no rights at all, not even to cancel.
