Adobe Acrobat cannot respond using AI Assistant

I already have a subscription but I keep geeting this response whenever I have a request using AI Assistant: ". I'm not able to help with Acrobat tools yet. Try visiting the Adobe Acrobat User Guide for detailed instructions." Please help me so that I can continue getting response for my request.

Please let us know if you are using the desktop application. Could you please share the screenshot of the message you received? 

If you already have an Acrobat Pro subscription, it will not work for the AI Assistant. You will get a limited free trial of the feature. You will need to purchase an additional subscription for AI Assistant. For more information, refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3Xs0rH3.
