Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension partial PDF render

Hi - having some issues viewing PDFs from Oracle NetSuit in the Chrome Acrobat Extension. 

The PDF renders properly on all other browsers (natively in the window), and locally on PDF viewer applications - it's just the Acrobat extension that's giving me grief. 

The PDFs are created in Oracle NetSuit using the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates. My browser is up-to-date, as is the extension.

As you can see from the attachments, it's just the body of the PDF that isn't loading. This blue box also seems to persist and not ever 'load' the content.

There is some faily complex logic in the template generated from NetSuit, and unfortunately simplifiying the template isn't possible. 

Any insight would be greately apprecaited.
