Hi

We have a user that is currently overseas and keeps getting an error message:

"FILL & SIGN

You do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access or try to sign in with an Adobe ID".

We've checked his license is provisioned and activated in the portal.  Can anyone let know why he is getting this error?

Thank you

The question would be whether the product entitlement he has actually includes Fill and Sign. Additionally it is possible to turn off access to PDF Services on the Enterprise Dashboard.

If you reach out to Customer Care they should be able to assist further by checking the user or their dashboard.
