Adobe Acrobat DC "Send for Comments" Function not working "Unable to share"

My Acrobat DC Send for Comments function stopped working last night. I've been using it for a year and its never happened. See attached for the error message I'm getting - it says "Unable to share, this file can't be sent for comments"

 

My team and myself have tried sending different PDF files, repairing Installation, making sure all software is up to date, restarting computers and uninstalling and reinstalling. Anyone have a solution to this problem? We use this function A LOT to review drafts with our partners.

    Yes, our end users are having the same issue. Occurs in both Acrobat Pro DC and documentcloud.adobe.com... I have a ticket open w/ Adobe Support but so far we haven't gotten anywhere. They have suggested that we roll out users back to 21.005.20060, but the installers they are providing for us to do so are not working.

     

    Can you check documentcloud.adobe.com to see if it doesn't work there for you, either?
