Adobe Acrobat Extension for Edge Browser bug

When saving a file and then closing the tab, while it is still being saved, the entire file is simply gone and left as just an empty pdf file. It doesn't ask before closing the tab. I learned this the hard way

    Could you please confirm how you are saving the file? 

    Would you mind sharing the screen recording of the workflow used to save the file on the browser?

    Here is the process of recreating this issue:

    1. Open a pdf file (either from online or on local storage)
    2. make an edit to the file
    3. Click the save button on the top center and choose a directory
    4. Close the tab before the notification at the bottom says "Saved to your computer" 
    5. Check the saved file. It is found to be of size 0B and cannot be opened
    This can probably be fixed by prompting the user when closing the tab before the file is saved to stop them from closing the tab. The same could be done when there are unsaved changes in the file. Thanks!
