Irony being there is no easy way t9o contact customer support other than phone the USA.

Every time I use try and use any functions in Adobe Acrobat Online I get a warning "Unable to Process Request" Please contact customer support for help. This is either using local files, or uploaded ones. The error actually happens on every function before I get a chance to try and use it. It happens when clicking on the links in the home page i.e. COMPREE PDF, COMBINE FILES, it seems agnostic of whatever action I take it just craps out.

I have:
- Logged Out and Logged Back in online.
- Logged out and rebooted the computer. Reloggedin etc
- Updated Creative Cloud
- Use Chrome, Firefox & Safari (all on OSX)

- Disabled my antivirus (Bitdefender).

Thisa doesnt matter on the size of any PDF as its before I even get to choose a file?

It has been the same for me. Everytime I want to convert a pdf to word, use the combine or compress tool and any other tool, it always give the same message. It,s frustrating!

You should do what the message says, contact customer service. Use the only CHAT. Tip: once you are connected type AGENT to connect to a human - patience may be needed.

Yes, it's a scam. They prompt you to contact them because they will talk you into a mandatory paid subscription.

No, it is not a scam. This is a real error message and is actually coming from a service that the question author is already paying for.

But the only reason is for you to pay isn't it?

Did you ever get a solution to this?

You should be able to contact custom support via the chat feature.

You should be able to contact custom support via the chat feature. Onfortunately with online services, we cannot help you because we dont' have access to Adobe's systems: Most of the people you meet in this forum are users of Adobe's technology, just like you.
