Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack Annual plan not working

I  have a paid subscription - Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack. I am getting an error message telling me 'my trial period has expired and to purchase the package.
I need technical support, preferably remote access, as all of the apps are downloaded. I have spent an hour trying to locate a link to make contact with Adobe support.

Can someone please tell me how to do this? I am frustrated!

Many thanks

Bella

    Hi Bella,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

As you have Acrobat PDF Pack, please ensure that you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application on your desktop, not the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack is a bundle of Adobe Acrobat online services that can be accessed via Acrobat Reader DC desktop application, Acrobat online and via the Acrobat Reader mobile applications. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-pdfpack-faq.html

It might be possible that you have installed Acrobat Pro DC desktop application that requires the Acrobat subscription.

Let us know if that is not the case or if you need any help.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

    Hi Meenakshi,

I definitely have the right package installed. I did use the link but I am none the wiser. Not very savvy when it comes to technical issues. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for taking the time to respond

    Regards

    Bella

    Hi @Bella444,

Please ensure your computer meets the min-requirements to run Acrobat. If necessary, update your operating system to the latest release version.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements.html

    • After installing, close all apps. Restart your computer.
    • Open CC Desktop app or Acrobat PDF Pack.
    • Sign-in with your paid Adobe ID and password.

    Dear Jain,

Thank you so much for the link. It made all the difference in resolving the issue. I decided to upgrade to the DC package and highly recommend newbies to get that package on a reasonable monthly payment.

I appreciate your time and assistance, and a sincere thank you!

    Kind regards

    Bella
