Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023 Convert button turns grey when attempting to convert pdf file to Word or Exce

Hello,

One of our users in our company has the Creative Cloud version of Adobe Acrobat and is licensed to be able to convert files from pdf to other formats. Up until recently the Convert feature worked fine however now when he attempts to convert from pdf to either Word or Excel, the button turns grey from blue. Has anything changed with the licensing? He gets a message stating his license does not allow him to use that feature.
