For about the last month, we have been unable to utilize the Adobe cloud share to share files.  The recipient receives an email message in the link that says "The files have been removed or you don't have access.  Contact the document ownder to request access."

Any ideas on what the issue is?  This is happening for all of our employees.

Hi @Gwen282169894hqx,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Online Services.

Are you trying to share local files or files stored on a network drive? The reason could be if the files are moved to a different location or renamed.

If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of the issue so we can investigate further.

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik.

I have experienced a similar situation over the last few months with my desk top Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I used to be able to share PDFs by clicking an icon inside the Adobe desk top app, whicb opened a window where I could enter the email addresses of individuals I wanted to share the PDF with and then I could click send and it was simple and reliable.

However, it seems like for the last few months I have had to open the Online Adobe Account, go to documents, and share from inside the MS Edge Browser online.

What has happened to the option to share from within the Adobe desk top app?

Thank you for readung this.

Hi @alanw87753526,

This sound strange and shouldn't be happening.

The share and review feature should work as is within the app.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the issue you experienced for better understanding and assistance?
