If you need to cancel an annual Acrobat subscription, please Contact Customer Care as Claudio suggests. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, Payment. Click the blue Still Need Help button at the bottom to access both phone and chat options.

You can cancel your subscription to Acrobat and then subscribe to ExportPDF: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html. Although it would probably be better to contact Customer Service (not an easy task) to find if there is a more direct way.
