Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I pay a monthly charge for it. I just tried to edit a PDF like always & I'm not able to because I'm being told I have to upgrade to PRO (which I already have) & trying to charge more than I'm currently paying! What's up with that?

I finally figured out I was signed in with different user name & password for another Google account. Thank you.

Please ensure you use the Acrobat Pro DC application, not the Acrobat Reader DC.
