Adobe Acrobat Pro DC online eSign options

Could you please let us know why in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC online version we have two users with the same product license assigned one locate in Italy and another in The Netherlands they see different option in the eSign menu:

 

For the user locate in the Netherlands the option to send the document for eSignature is missing.

Could you please confirm the Acrobat license is in use?

Please ask the user to try an alternate browser or a new incognito window on the Chrome browser.

Check if they still get the same options.

Did he ever use the signature feature before?
