Adobe acrobat pro dc - when signing a document "error while uploding"

Everytime I try toi signa document in acrobast Pro Dc I get the following error.

Any ideas what to try. I removed and installed acrobat pro dc version 2021.007.20099

this is part of my creative cloud license

itbis happening on all file no matter what the source. Local, cloud storage or emailed attachments.

Please let us know if you are trying to add the digital signature on the PDF or using the Fill & Sign tool.

Share the Acrobat and OS version on the machne.

It would be helpful if you can share a small video of the workflow.

How did you receive the file for signature? Is this file saved on the machine or you are opening it from an external source?

Try to open another file and check if you can sign it without any issues.

If possible, please share the file with us. We would like to check it on our end.
