Adobe Acrobat Pro - Edit PDF

I am new to Adboe Acrobat Pro in the Cloud. I've used this program for 20 years with ease and all of a sudden I feel hampered rather than helped. It takes so long to do most tasks - far longer than my full client used to. But the real pain is when trying to Edit a document. It is taking 10 plus minutes to prepare a file for me to add a header to - unreal. The increase in time is affecting my daily work output. Does anyone else have this problem and/or have a solution? Thank you
