Adobe Acrobat Pro registration problem ?

I have just tried to register for Acrobat Adobe Pro, I filled in all my details including my credit card and I was informed that I would receive a email to confirm my registration for Adobe Acrobat Pro at $19.99 per month, but I am now getting when I log into Adobe I am getting an offer to join Acrobat Pro & I thought I had just done that.     I wasn't able to find any product purchase under the email id using which your registered in Adobe forums.

    Please, let me know if you made purchase under a different email id.
