Adobe Acrobat Professional 11 : OCR failure

 

          Despite reinstallation twice, I cannot use the OCR of Adobe Acrobat Professional 11.

I have used the OCR under the Windows 10 64 bit environment for 5 years without problem, but not now after updating the Windows 10. The error message indicates that the file "OCRLibraryInf.dll"  cannot be found.  

 

          I should be most grateful for any advice to solve this technnical problem.

As you have mentioned above you are using Acrobat 11 which is an old and unsupported version. Please refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html. You may experience issues with the application as it was never tested on the latest OS version.
