Adobe Acrobat Upgrade?

I have used Adobe Acrobat 5.0 for years, but now that I upgraded to Mac OS 10.7 it won't work.  What inexpensive upgrade can I get so I can still edit .pdf files?

    I don't think there is an upgrade path available from Acrobat 5 to the current.
